Terrible shopping experience and total lack of respect for the consumer. Instead of informing that they do not have the products in my order in stock, so that I can decide whether or not to proceed with the purchase (since I will have to pay shipping), they simply send the money in the mail with a note saying that only They sent the products they had in stock.

Worst experience I've ever had. I can't buy watch glasses because they don't tell me how much they have in stock. The girl who answers doesn't know how to solve anything and keeps making excuses and putting another sector to be responsible. I call to speak to the manager and I can't get through. What a bad store. Worst deal I've ever tried. *Negative to this answer friend, I produce watches and I was not supposed to change the glass of a watch. Wanted to buy in bulk. Your wrong answer. Your incompetence!
